Health and Hygiene
Mothers will develop the habit of bathing their children daily.
Parents will follow instructions for taking medications correctly.
Fathers and mothers will know the advantages of always being clean.
Families will take measures to prevent diseases and their symptoms, like cholera, malaria, and vomiting.
Parents will ensure that children are current in their immunizations.
People will shower/bathe every day.
Families will avoid infections through cleanliness.
Families will take care of their own sick members
when appropriate.
Families will visit health centers and hospitals for consultation and treatment.
Pregnant women will have prenatal consultations and
then follow instructions.
Toddlers will be taken to hospital for testing of growth
patterns.
Families will drink only clean, treated water.
Families will keep dishes clean.
Income Generation
Families/individuals will develop the capacity to start their own business, participate in a cooperative, or become employable.

Walls of family houses will be built of adequate mate- rial to make them safe, strong, and clean.

Windows of family houses will be of adequate size and
screened.
Floors of family houses will be made of cement or other
improved material.
Family houses will have their own latrine and washing
room outdoors.
Family houses will be clean inside.
Family yards will be clean and boundaries marked.

the ground.
